Barrett Commercial was formed in January 2014 by its principal director Charles Barrett MRICS to offer commercial management services to both private and public sector clients. The company can deliver the traditional range of services offered by cost consultants but with the benefit of personnel who have a detailed knowledge and many years experience of working in both private practice and contracting. This knowledge allows the company to provide a more detailed and diverse range of commercial advice, experience and solutions than can be provided by a traditional PQS or Project Manager.

We pride ourselves in being able to provide our clients with a bespoke commercial cost to value service that gives the client better value for money. The company guarantees the service of experienced personnel suited to the client’s needs. We will provide services that will both mitigate and remove the commercial risk from our clients and minimise the time required by direct client involvement thereby allowing them valuable management time to deal with their workload.

We believe in sharing the appropriate and necessary information with our client and others to conduct business and presenting this at all times in a way that is easily understood. We believe in approaching issues head on and are always pro-active and will identify problems and offer solutions before they become an issue rather than the more common fire fighting philosophy that often occurs in project delivery.
